Bluebellkit looked into Nightkit's scared eyes. He didn't know how to comfort her. "It's okay," he whispered. "It's not like we'll get exhiled out of the clan," he joked. right?

ThistleStep sighed somewhat before the Tom softly motioned towards the nursery."Well ya better get going back to her then before you get scolded". Before they could wonder off he padded over to the fresh kill pile and plopped the plump frog infront of the kits."Ya furballs should take this to your mother as well, just incase she's already awake it might help soften the blow". He gave a very tiny smirk.

Bluebellkit looked down at the frog. So the tom was a nice cat! "Thank you!" He said, grabbing the frog and ran to the nursery, hoping Nightkit followed.

Giving her a chance to do that, his ears twitched at the name of the rat. "Speak no more of that piece of crow food, the Clans would be better forgettin' the stain he was on our Clan. The Clan you an' I both served then is different from now, and I reckon that's a good thing."

Ebonykit let out a hiss as her brother came right back. She let out tiny growls as she tried to get closer to Citrusflower's belly. After a while she heard her brother move and she jumped on top of him. Realizing they had gotten closer to Owlfeather, she glanced up with her closed eyes. She growled and stumbled back over to her mother.

Citrusflower backed up a bit when the she-kit hissed and growled. Her brother didn't do anything to her. The queen felt around with her nose to find Ebonykit. She wanted to growl a retort to it, but decided not to. "Both black?", Citrusflower whispered. She faced down ward where her kit was. "The she-kit's going to be one angry cat.", she meowed. That kit was already an angry cat maybe it might change.

Mirekit squeaked as Ebonykit landed on top of him and battered at her belly with his hind paws. As she paused on top of him he took the opportunity to bat at her face with his paw. When she jumped off of him to tumble back to Citrusflower he scrambled back to his tottery paws with a small hiss at his sister before leaping back to her, trying to force her to snuggle with him. He pinned her front paws beneath his tubby belly and purred as he rubbed his face against Ebonykit’s.

As Bluebellkit trotted back to the nursery with Nightkit behind, he wearily set the frog down in front of Fawnpetal, and looked at Nightkit.
