Thornpaw gritted her teeth, trying to ignore the pain in her right shoulder."Blackpaw, I'm fine, okay? There's no need to worry" she tried to reassure the tom.

Blackpaw blacked out momentarily, his head hit the ground with enough force to shake him up. He quickly sprung into the air before landing and putting a paw to his head. “Thornpaw I told you to get down from there.” He said grouchily. As he realized his paw was doing no good he quickly nosed her shoulders, remembering she landed on one.

Thornpaw flicked her tail, annoyed. "I'm fine. I didn't get hurt" she lied. She held back a flinch when he touched her injuried shoulder, not giving away that she was hurt.

Blackpaw stares at her for a a moment, not sure he believed her but something was bubbling up in the put of his souls that he didn’t want her to see. “Oh shoot I had Beastspark put me on a patrol. I hope I didn’t miss it. I’ll catch you later!” He called as he scampered off.
