Getting her pile back to the underground camp, Petuniapaw was surprised to see cats with less prey than her. She expected to be closer to last place than first. Still, she had gotten eighteen points, that was pretty good. "Congratulations!" She called to the winner. An apprentice she didn't actually know, but surely they deserved to win if the spirits let them catch so much prey. "Every cat did a really good job!" Petuniapaw called out to the rest, trying to be as cheery as she could. Yes, she just wanted things to be normal, so a smile she would wear. That was the best thing she could think to do. Smile until she was alright and go through life.
